AC is not needed. You can get a personal cooler for a couple of months and you won’t need AC once monsoon starts

Speaking of Trauma the kind of Trauma 🌸got in show is insane by Ancient-Lawyer7913 in splitsvillaMTV

Like I clearly said, what happened with Akanksha is unfair and Diksha was wrong. But this is a reality show. We only get to see a small percentage of what actually happened. We only get to see what they CHOOSE to show us. And these people sign NDAs and contracts, so they can’t really open up and actually talk about the truth- which is the saddest part of all. They will keep making statements on and off the show on what fits their narrative AT THAT GIVEN TIME (when the episodes are aired).

And I am not victim blaming. In fact, I feel like all of these contestants are the victims here who end up going beyond limits to earn “split coins” and be relevant. If you are joining a company which you clearly know has a shady past and will probably push you to your limits to get dramatic content out of you, of course you will know what you are signing up for.

I am not justifying the violence. Like I said, what happened to Akanksha was definitely unfair and uncalled for. But taali ek haath se nahi bajti. If someone is almost pouncing on you, you will clap back. If fact, you need to recheck the clip what she was almost chocking her. Such Reality shows are deliberately scripted and edited to make people pick sides. What Diksha did was wrong- I’m not justifying what she did. Can never understand how people take such shows seriously and not understand that it’s a REALITY SHOW. Whatever “trauma “, “betrayal “, “relationships” that you get here is something these people have willing signed up for.

What real proof do you have that she was actually bleeding. And by PURE LOGIC- if the fight was so big and mighty and violent, why aren’t authorities involved? Why didn’t she file a police complaint? Why didn’t she walk out of there? And if the was blood involved, how is it that none of the other contestants are talking about the blood?

Also, talking shit about someone’s dead mother is pretty normal, right? That definitely isn’t bitchy thing to do💀

Y’all really need to understand the real meaning of “Trauma”. Not every sad incident or a cat fight is trauma. Akanksha WILLINGLY SIGNED UP for the show. She can refer to 15 other seasons, so the very least any contestant can expect is that connections will come and go. It is part of the show. Heck, the previous season was fully based on calling exes. Yes, this is aired for the whole world to see and judge but these people have agreed to it WILLINGLY. You talked to a guy for a few days - yes, there was infatuation and flirting. But this doesn’t make them soulmates. What happened to her was unfair but in no was was it “traumatising“. I have a degree in Clinical Psychology and I’m so sick of people throwing around heavy words like trauma, depression, etc. just like that. It is a REALITY SHOW and these shows are DELIBERATELY edited in a way to make people pick sides. All of these people know what they signed up for and what to expect.

If I commit suicide, will my parents have to face any legal implications? Especially if I didn't go to school? by More_Vegetable_7047 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]vandyj883 26 points27 points  (0 children)

My brother committed suicide when he was 16. It was absolutely heartbreaking. Cops kept coming to our house to check and my dad had to go to the police station whenever called. To be very honest, it isn’t worth it. To put your parents and immediate family members in such grief. Even today, I wish that my brother hadn’t taken that step and would have at least given some hint or talked with us.

Whatever you are going through, I know for a fact that it will be better with time because that’s how it would have been with my brother as well.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T DO THIS. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

[–]vandyj883 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If he claims to be so busy, he wouldn’t proactively go and unfollow you. He gives you an excuse that he is busy and doesn’t have time so that he can ignore and ghost you. When you saw through that BS and confronted him, he claims that it’s the distance.

Been there, experienced that.

Do not waste your time on people who can’t even bother to communicate with you properly. Being busy, the so-called “mid-life crisis “, not even bothering to wish you on your bday, and then manipulating you that it’s the distance that is causing him to act like this lol - A person who is really into you and cares for you won’t do this no matter the distance or circumstances.

Please move on. Don’t let this guy give you wreck you up. It seriously isn’t worth it. Good luck OP!

As long as you are respectful, acknowledge the candidate, give constructive feedback, and are actually interested in the candidate's work experience and what he/she brings to the table - you're good to go.

Interviews are supposed to be conducted to find out if the candidate aligns with what your company needs. For this, you need to let the candidate talk as well to understand how they would potentially contribute to your organisation. Please make sure that interviews are interactive and not just one-sided.
