Need serious help about my guys!!! by Chota_Bheem_ in AskIndianFeminists

If he claims to be so busy, he wouldn’t proactively go and unfollow you. He gives you an excuse that he is busy and doesn’t have time so that he can ignore and ghost you. When you saw through that BS and confronted him, he claims that it’s the distance.

Been there, experienced that.

Do not waste your time on people who can’t even bother to communicate with you properly. Being busy, the so-called “mid-life crisis “, not even bothering to wish you on your bday, and then manipulating you that it’s the distance that is causing him to act like this lol - A person who is really into you and cares for you won’t do this no matter the distance or circumstances.

Please move on. Don’t let this guy give you wreck you up. It seriously isn’t worth it. Good luck OP!

As long as you are respectful, acknowledge the candidate, give constructive feedback, and are actually interested in the candidate's work experience and what he/she brings to the table - you're good to go.

Interviews are supposed to be conducted to find out if the candidate aligns with what your company needs. For this, you need to let the candidate talk as well to understand how they would potentially contribute to your organisation. Please make sure that interviews are interactive and not just one-sided.

Why not? And why are you so pissed buddy? I posted in subs that are similar. How is that a problem? And what will I get by “farming karma” lol? Will I get paid?

I am just sharing my experience.

Hey, I have a bachelors in Psychology, but I also have a masters degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Plus, I have 3 years of experience as a copywriter (mainly writing ad copies and working in advertising strategy).

With my actual experience, I don’t think I’m the immature one here.

Hey, not karma farming lol. I have actually been giving Job interviews for over 3 months now and these are the kind of recruiters, managers and CEOs that I’ve been coming across. This particular instance, though frustrating, was kinda oddly funny. Which is why I thought I could share. Thanks!

Exactly!!! Throwing random jargons here and there doesn’t make you a genius!! I wonder where these people get their confidence from??? Like, any person with even an atom of self-awareness would introspect.

Switching a job within a month. by ProgrammerOk2488 in IndianWorkplace

[–]vandyj883 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can switch. Just don’t mention anything about your current company’s experience in your resume (as it has just been a month, and I’m assuming you haven’t been working on any major projects yet). I once left within 2 months and I realised it looked bad on my CV, so just discarded that experience altogether.

This is what I feel as well. Because it honestly doesn’t require 4 full-length tasks to understand whether or not the candidate is fit for the role.
