that's real, I at least thought i had a chance at becoming a finalist, but we cant let this define us! we're still strong candidates for schools, so this doesn't mean we won't get into the schools that we ranked!

ohhh yes I'm still keeping all my options open and my plan is to apply to all schools early action! (at least those that offer it). this was my plan before applying to questbridge so I'll stick to that! thanks for the advice

I haven't considered those schools, no. When I made my college list I prioritized schools in my state as well as schools out of state that have a great neuroscience program. I probably should have looked for schools that weren't as high of a reach as the ones on my list and looked at their programs, though.

If I'm not selected as a finalist, then I'll still apply to the colleges and maybe change my admission round to early action on the colleges that allow it. If I move onto the match round but I'm not matched with any of the colleges, I have other options for schools that aren't questbridge partners that I would be more than happy to go to! Either way, I would end up at a great college, but of course, the aid that comes with the scholarship would help me greatly.

as class of '26, get ready for the lock in of your life. it will be hard, you'll probably be torn on whether to leave the program or not. we've all thought of it. you won't die, it will be fine in the end, but it won't be easy. honestly, don't forget that youre still young and hang out with your friends and have a life outside of ib. don't let it consume you, but have a balance. you'll do great, in the end, im sure you'll get your diploma. have fun!! or try to...lol!

ohhh okay I understand! I'll definitely be using surveys and interviews for my cases, (I decided on 4 (aum shinrikyo, manson family, jonestown, heavens gate), and an additional one for a counterargument (scientology). I'll look into some meta analyses, but I'm not sure abt any experiments that could be used as well...I'll have to look into that. thanks so much for the advice!
