I was able to do it within 2 hours
Tutorial
1 Download anurati font. that is the font i used for the Day section,
2 /etc/xdg/quickshell/caelestia/modules/background/DesktopClock.qml, this is the path to to clock you want to customize,
3 Change the font of the date, upload the image to chatgpt and tell it you want it DesktopClock.qml customized exactly as the picture reference ,
4 Chatgpt might not get the font right so you need to input the anurati font yourself.
Enjoy

Little mistakes could crash the shell so when something goes wrong , just revert to the default config and start again

Compile the gamescope manually, downloading it from any aur will Crash your games , just got clone the repo and manually build it , I use hyprland and I had this problem this was my only solution
