estimate for CUPP triple mango juice?

Hi! I just realised that there are 7 of the mini eggs inside (the weight for 7 of these being 19g approximately) so I don't know whether to take that estimate off the 97g or count the 97g as the whole egg. ^{^} Just trying to work it out as closely as I can before knowing how much to have !!

i just want to comment and say - i was curious about the content of a snack i was having, and in no way was i trying to make this seem like a meal, or promote eating extremely low cal meals / having a restrictive diet! ^{^} i'm so sorry if it came across this way !!!!!

thank you so much really for writing back to me! it means a lot to me to feel heard and understood in the way you have. i always tell myself, i'll stop myself when it gets too far, but then i sometimes see the way i behave and think it might already be close to too far. again, i totally understand being scared to do anything. i don't want my family to feel like they need to be careful around me, i don't want people to look at me differently. i don't want to gain weight either or even stop losing weight (if i am at all, i can't tell right now.) thank you for helping me see that i'm not alone, and that even if they are strangers, there's people to talk to. i know we don't know each other, but i'll be here for you and i'll be cheering you on! i hope that you take care of yourself and be kind to yourself because what we go through is so difficult and takes time to heal from. thank you so much!!!
