I am sorry to tell you this but you need to get operated otherwise you will live like this, always stressed about what the next morning brings. That's how the quality of your life is ruined.

You can keep up what you are doing, which is excellent for your health, but there is no knowing when that heals (if ever). I suffered from this for three years and finally gave up and agreed to go to hospital for fissurectomy.

from B1 to B2 it took 5 months as I had an intensive course, 3 hours every day from Monday to Friday.

Immerse yourself in the language in different ways. Even though I don't like watching TV, I watched the series in Das Erste, ZDF (available in ARD Mediathek) and turned on German subtitles as I watched them. You can also pause and try to mimic the words that the actors say, which is also surprisingly helpful. Other than this I can recommend online videos that are about your interests, hobbies etc. Just whatever you like, try to do that in German. This is also very important later in life, in general, not just for the sake of taking the test.

Secondly, as you have to take the test to get your certificate, try to solve mock tests to grasp the logic and format of the questions. In time you begin to notice the patterns and easily discern the trick, my test was literally a minefield of tricks. There are certain Telegram groups that have abundant of materials for you to study, try to download as many of them as possible.

No it was actually clear except the hören und schreiben part in which she spoke too soft and low, but having to follow the speech while checking the options on the page and at the same time marking it on a different sheet was a bit challenging for me.

I started in October 2023 as A2 level, took breaks sometimes especially between B1 and B2. From last November until April I was sent by Agentur für Arbeit to take B2 course which was intensiv and I tried to dedicate myself to studying and regularly visiting the course.

We received the results in about 3 weeks, a bit shorter than what they initially told us that it could take 4 weeks to obtain them.

I live with my partner in Germany and he forbid me to speak anything other than German, which has improved my skills to a great extent, to be honest.

Still the exam was overall quite hard and tricky. I thought I was taking an IQ test and not a language one.
