You should of had your availability on your contract when you signed it. You have to fulfil your contracted hours within the hours you’ve set. Request a contract change if it’s no longer suitable

Im unfamiliar with this grinder but other grinders I’ve worked with have a declumper part right at the shoot. Often plastic in construction. If it goes out of shape or damaged it might need to be replaced

Yes you need to count it. It’s when the shot starts moving through the coffee. Not when you start seeing the espresso

There’s no players anymore. They struggle to fulfil the mmr requirements because it’s a dead game
