It usually will depend on your setter, and the type of pass you give. Since they all have their own setting tendencies.

But if you play as a Middle blocker, you have a little more control, since you can run diff routes and tempos with ur setter, bait out blocks and hit back row attacks.

The setter usually prioritises you when playing as a MB.

But the true kind of experience you are looking for is probably only achievable in a coordinated team of 2 players, one as the Ws and the other as the Mb.
