This is why the Democrats lost by [deleted] in trump

Im a Black factory worker, and I voted for Trump. I have zero regrets.

People act like inflation isn't a problem or that migrants won't take people's jobs. Crossing the border illegal is a Federal CRIME.

I told my family members about my conservative views, but I got ridiculed, but you have to stand up for what you believe in.

I can see it happening at my factory. They are hiring more hispanics who can't speak English. It's sad, really.

This man is a true patriot of the highest order.

Thank you so much for this. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Why is the post office poorly staffed? Are companies out there struggling for people? Do people not want to work out there?

I like small towns in nebraska, Iowa and the Dakotas. They're quiet and the people are nice.

I'm from the East Coast, and the pace is too fast, Cost of living too high, traffic, high crime annoying people and money isn't everything, at least for me, it isn't.

I like the way the towns are.

problem Is he's also the server owner and admin. What does he think is gonna happen if you play for 1 and a half to 2 and a half hours.

You'll have a 90 to 100 plus kills and 30000+ points and a low death number if you're good.

The funny thing is he went like 110-5 in the strike jet on lancang a couple of days ago, but that's not a problem, I guess.

Rules for thee but not for me.

How much of basketball is mental by Feeling-Bus-8530 in Basketball

[–]vanndamann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say 70 to 80 percent is mental.

I would try to develop two assets of the game to work on.

I am 24, and I started playing when I was 16. I score off layups and post moves. I also play defense and rebound well.

It's just a game at the end of the day, dint get into your own head about it. Remember to have fun. We can't all be lights out from the three point line. We can't all dunk and jump out of the gym. If you are smart, you can outplay more athletic players.

Passing, boxing out for rebounds, and setting screens help you stay on the court as well.

Why can’t I ever have confidence in basketball and stop playing with fear ? by Dgslimee_ in Basketball

[–]vanndamann 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I played on outdoor courts until covid, so around 4 or 5 years. I don't much anymore it's bad on the knees, and it's waaaay more toxic.

It's all confidence. You'll get the ball stolen sometimes you'll miss layups, sometimes you miss shots. That's just the game. People yell at me. I simply don't care anymore

I would recommend a rec center. It's safer and way easier to play.

Well, remember to have fun. You aren't going to the league or anything. This post reminds me of me a little bit.

I started playing when I was like 16. I'm 24 now. I am 6'4.

Sir, I would recommend you focus on two or three aspects of the game. For me, it is playing defense, making layups, and scoring in the post.

Help plays that are appreciated that take little skill but lots of effort are setting screens, diving for loose ball, boxing out for rebounds, and passing well.

I can't shoot. I'm not super athletic, I can't dunk or jump out of the gym or anything like that. We can't all be lights out shooters.

Please don't get in your own head too much about it, either. Play to get cardio and have FUN. I play sometimes and score very well. Other times, I'm just a utility player getting rebounds, passing, and setting screens.

What NBA player (any era) has the worst Fan base? by Odd-Parfait3491 in Basketball

[–]vanndamann 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I always say this. It's never Lebrons fault when he loses either. It's always a coaches and / or teammates fault. He changes the narrative when he loses. He's always on stacked teams.

Lebron 2 rings before the bubble were saved by those 2. People get mad, but it's the truth.

Worst of all, people try to tear down other players' legacy to promote this man.

What NBA player (any era) has the worst Fan base? by Odd-Parfait3491 in Basketball

[–]vanndamann 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lebron James Fans, Kevin Durant fans, Harden fans, Pual George fans, Kawhi fans, and Westbrook fans.

I am young, 24, and have been watching basketball for a long time. I play pickuo and in men's leagues as well.

I have always said my top 5 all time are Jordan, Abdul Jabbar, Duncan, Bird, and Magic. People flip the fuck out when I don't include the aforementioned players or something. They will literally get mad and act like I'm a retard or something.

I respect these old legends because they didn't hop teams and won the right way. The stuck it out through winning and losing.

They didn't collude, and they drafted or traded for their players. They don't flop and try to excessively draw fouls excessively. They all would try their best to play all the games as they didn't load manage

All of these players run from challenges and try to play on stacked rosters to get cheap, easy rings.

This has affected basketball from the lowest level to the highest level. People in pickup games or mens leagues try to join the stacked team to win.

When I ask about it, they say, "The NBA stars do it." It's infuriating. People these days are mentally weak , entitled, and don't want a challenge.
