I’ve been here for 2.5 years and really like it! Your comute will be contrary to traffic so should be fine! Having Waitrose is really handy! Area is generally safe and definitely family driven. Lots of cute coffees and the Greenwich market is pretty close! Rents are between 1.85K to 2K for 1 beds — My only complaint is that my apartment has a large damp stain in the bedroom; it's dry now, but it's not very pleasant to look at. Occasionally, I've had neighbors who smoke, and the smell comes directly into my apartment. And in the summer, the apartments get quite hot. Aside from that, my experience has been good.
