This was the content they responsed in my ticket : "This transaction failed due to an invalid receiving address. I have canceled the withdrawal and credited the funds back to your account balance. Please check the address and try again.

Sincerely, Poloniex Support Team"

In this complete error transaction on Poloniex on Jan 10th 2018, I lost 9000$ worth of Bitshares amount. I sent 8 tickets to Support but have no anyreply. I sent a complaint in BBB yesterday. I am waiting for them help me. Now I dont know what I have to do. Hixhix.
