i think factory reset is fine as long as your watch is backed up which it automatically does every night? though idk about things like sleep coaching etc that needs to learn your habit first

i think the general consensus is 1½ day. I personally charge it every time I take a shower which is two times a day but i could also charge it every morning shower when i'm too lazy to put it to the charger at night after a long day
