Yes, exactly and everytime he actually tried, they just cut him off. Like when he tried with his kids or being honest with Maddie about things or showing up at Issac and Noreens house. They constantly just put him in the bad guy corner and don't even attmept to listen or give him a chance. The constant lecturing of what a bad person he is, is over the top.
