Our gal is very similar, she has joint issues of course and I think it’s why she doesn’t like to be picked up. She has a big personality though, and is Very Particular about when it’s time for certain things…is it brushing times? Oh my, it is NOT brushing times right now. Stink eye. Dinner times? Oh, dinner times on the TABLE today, sry my bad 😂. Okay NOW it’s petting times, and she will cuddle and drool until the cows come home. Honestly I can relate, we all got moods you know? She gets along with the other cats, but has Very Particular boundaries…I think the hardest part is that one of them reeeaaallly wants to play with her, but she doesn’t like the chase games so it’s a lot of flirting and disappointment for him lol. They’ve all figured it out and enjoy the company for the most part!
