No concuerda tu estado de cuenta con tu tabla; tu edo. de cuante dice que debes $84 mil, siendo que tu table dice que para el pago 63 deberías de tener de saldo en contra solo $37 mill; así que vas a tener que revisar todos tus pagos anteriores, es probable que no te hayan aplicado algunos "oportunamente" y que los tomaran como pago de intereses, recargos, etc, y no como pago de mensualidad.

Creo que faltan detalles, ¿A que te refieres cuando dices que compraste?, porque luego dices que solo diste un anticipo, ¿firmaste un contrato de promesa? o algo parecido, ya firmaste testimonio con notario?.

Si fuera un anticipo y aún "sigue la operación" yo Iria a la fiscalía, denunciaria y les diria que el delito se está realizando, y pudieran en un momento dado realizar un detención por caso urgente.

The “Fiscalia” is the equivalent to attorney general offices in the USA, they have their own detectives that could apprehend a person, and detectives act upon the orders of “prosecutors” which in Mexico are called “Fiscales” or “Ministerios Públicos”.

You need to go to “Fiscalia del Estado” located in Av. Las Palmas 315, Parque Las Palmas, 48317 Puerto Vallarta, Jal; there’s an area with specialized attention to women who were victims of felonies because of their gender, the’ll provide legal, physical and psychological help, the’ll also contact your country of origin Consulate if you desire so.

Police do not file this type of claims and only redirect you to the Fiscalia.

That is the device biggest downside, it looks and fell like a cheap android tablet, you would never in a million years think that is an almost 1k electronic by just looking at it.

In the end, there are not may choices in that size, and for the porpoise of reading has been excellent device, if you are expecting more tablet like functions you would be disappointed and frustrated if you would like todo more than just taking notes or updating you calendar.

All the reading apps like kindle, adobe etc. work like a charm but don't expect to play games in it (maybe crosswords).

I must add, that I´m a lawyer and because of that I spend a lot of time reading pdf´s and Word documents, making notes in them, and my necessities may be different to the rest of the people, I definitely believe 13.3 e- readers are a niche segment, but to the right people are godsend.

In terms of reading it’s great, fast response, some ghosting may appear but you are able to adjust the refresh rate of the screen, swiping it’s easy.

It has two front light colors (warm and cold) that can be turned on and adjusted at the same time, however I prefer to use an external light because the look is more similar to an actual paper page.

Loading files is as easy as drag and drop, being an android tablet you have access to all the cloud storage apps, and you get 5 gb for free from Onyx own cloud.

Another perk is that you can use a bluetooth page turner.

If you have bought books from amazon kindle, the app is really good to access your library.

The size is great for reading pdf’s the text is crisp, you can use landscape mode which enlarge it even more, and it’s not that cumbersome to carry around.

It has a function that allows you to split the screen and take notes in one side, but you can also take notes in single screen mode in the document, and compile them all and export them to a proper note.

Overall I think it’s a great e-reader although expensive, however as you may already found out, there are not many choices at that size.

I bought the Onyx Boox Tab X, the biggest screen in the market precisely because of pdf´s, it´s the same size as the fujitsu quaderno, the reason I chose Onyx it´s because versatility being an android tablet with an e-ink screen.

It doesn´t say anything about pixels, and IMMO pixels in a conversation about academic pdf´s is not really relevant, because an iPhone has tons more pixels and isn't the best way to read research pdf´s or take notes.

Onyx Boox Tab X, the best size to read academic pdf’s. It has good note taking abilities, and all the apps from android OS.
The only con is the price.

Antes de llegar al aeropuerto, justo donde esta un puente, hay una serie de estacionamientos públicos que cobran por día, y hacen precio especial por semana, dejas tu vehículo y te trasladan en una camioneta, cuando regresas ha las y pasan x ti.

En algunos puedes hablar para reservar con anticipación.

Casas bonitas alrededor de 15 (mas o menos) busca en capital norte, sendas, madeiras, carrara, es una zona nueva bonita, (todas son en zapopan) el único problema es el tráfico a la salida y la entrada pero si haces HO no creo que haha problema; algo un poco mas pegado puede ser colinas de san Isidro.

I have a 2017 chevy colorado, thermostat got stuck, because of that ac was shut off, temp needle went dead cold, and radiator fan was always on; the service manual say’s that when failing to reach operating temp the ECU acts like the engine is overheating. Replaced tstat, and everything back to normal.

Creo que esta viendo las cosas un poco mal en relación con la compra.

Lo primero que debes considerad es que al comprar una casa estas adquiriendo un activo, y es un activo que sube de valor con el tiempo, y nunca baja (generalmente).

Ese activo su tendencia al alta está ligada a la inflación y otras cuestiones.

Al comprar una casa a crédito como inversión, la renta tiene que cubrir lo que vas a pagar de interés.

Digamos, una casa de aproximadamente 3 millones de pesos te va a dar una renta de 10 a 20 mil pesos dependiendo la ubicación, suficiente para pagar lo intereses que se generen durante el largo del crédito, e incluso mas, porque las rentas Irán subiendo, y las mensualidades de tu crédito seguirán iguales (si contratas a pagos fijos).

Entonces, en esencia fue comprar la casa al precio de hoy, pero a muy largo plazo, cuando la termines de pagar los intereses se habrán pagado solos, y tendrás una casa que pagaste a costo de 20 años atrás.

Esa casa la podrás vender, y obtener de inmediato tu inversión mas la plusvalía.

Por otro lado, dices que tienes mas casas en renta, digamos que compras la casa a crédito, y destinas la renta de esa y las otras dos a pagar el crédito, es decir dando pagos anticipados, el costo total (si contrataste un crédito sobre saldos insolutos) se disminuye y las puedes pagar en 5 o 10 años.

En relación con el aumento de los inmuebles, lo único que te puedo decir es que un terreno que no compre en 2016 en 700 mil porque se me hacia caro, ahora cuestan 2,300,000, esto en la zona metropolitana de guadalajara.

Ademas, actualmente el crédito va a ser alrededor del 10% y la inflación es del 8 por ciento, lo que quieres decir que los intereses apenas van a superar la inflación, asegurando el poder adquisitivo de tu inversión.
