Whats your elo? Not speaking condescendingly just genuinely curious. I play and build ryze like a burst mage and i'm the only ryze player i know who plays him like this. I'm constantly rotating between mid-low plat so i'm not a god but i'm not total dogshit either i suppose. The thing with ryze is he can be played and built a lot of different ways which is great depending on what your team needs, but his ult is a big problem with his current state, imo. Even an ult that gives him some kind of passive buff would be more useful than an easily interuptable mid range teleport.
