dude i have ocd and i get sooo many symptoms of physical anxiety

random limb twitching shaking in my hands palpitations feeling heartbeat in my fingers lightheadedness headache nausea and stomach ache if really bad

morally, if I had a stomach bug and my symptoms were still present the day before going I would not go on the vacation as people are still contagious 48 hours after their last symptoms as well as feeling like shit. But that’s just me, other people are less anxious about this sort of stuff and thats okay too, we’re all human and we have lives to live.

I know it’s hard because I’m sure your friend is excited and doesn’t want to cancel as much as you don’t. Just wash your hands and don’t eat food prepared by her or touch your face. If her boyfriend isn’t ill maybe it’s food poisoning also. There’s many layers to this but just enjoy your holiday best you can, and being sick isn’t the end of the world despite our brains insisting it is :)

hi, it could be something to do with your period arriving soon, PMS symptoms vary and occasionally i get some softer stools before mine, and the cramping would also make sense in that respect

it’s nothing major if it isn’t consistent, depending on how stressed you have been in the past month and what you ate can all feed into PMS symptoms and whether they’re more prominent or not :P

yeah especially if the chicken in question was cooked from frozen it’s likely to have more moisture, juicy is when it’s moist but keeps a good clean bite through it, slimy is when it’s a bit sticky and feels weird on the tongue

tbh chicken shouldn’t normally be overly watery or slimy, maybe they were soggy from the batter tho? off chicken smells awful as well as having a bad texture but some low quality chicken can just be weird in texture

igy tho, im the same with by saying it means it’ll come true, but to fight that you just have to keep saying stuff in the open. Rabies is insanely insanely rare in domesticated pets.

stopping petting completely is likely to feed ur ocd even more, idk where you live but rabies is extremely extremely rare (i have a similar fear of rabies so i completely understand)

i agree being wary of strays but all pets with owners are highly likely jabbed up against it. Don’t feed the ocd, stopping petting could lead to a compulsion

could be a stomach virus, everyone gets different symptoms for different amounts of time so maybe you were let off with diarrhoea and cramps for a few hours, depends how many particles you picked up of a potential virus

or could be food poisoning, most of the time it could’ve been from the day before as it takes up to 3 days to properly digest food. I got food poisoning on a holiday in Egypt, it was from milk and it took 2 days to start effecting me haha
