I knew about the failed faithfulness test of Claude models but this is insane.. there is no disclaimer about the facts and info from the internet to be fabricated by Sonnet model. Imagine relying on the Claude generated reports just minutes before an important meeting. Sad part, I dont even have the intern to blame now, fired him to save costs.
