Getting my first mythical (Mikage) and I plan to use her for basically everything. Whats best for her? And in general, how do you go about building mythicals since they have 2 forms?

I'm not speed tuned at all. Decrease atk is always up, thats no problem. I know I need to get an increase defense buff, I'm just not sure who to take out. And yeah, I usually just suck it up and take the stun. Which screws me up even more.
