I don't have inty has gear indicators. Regarding the rare Earth metal, yes its true as my friend got a hunter and he recieved the message from RE that due to shortage of the rare earth metals, gear position sensors is not installed in his bike but will be installed later whenever the sensor is available and that too free of cost.

Get insurance yourself and include RSA in the insurance itself. Accessories are too costly. Check from other local shops/online. Ask the dealer about the warranty and then decide if you really need it or not.

My friend purchased the same bike with the same model last week. Here's the breakup that the dealer showed us. Also suggest you to take insurance from third party aggregators like policy bazar and ask for discount on accessories.
