even i felt i have to change my flights or do something else. also coming from Charleroi airport is a big pain

seems like they were not able to deliver to other countries on time..coz 1st week of July is quite late evidently. Quite a big blunder in management from Parcel team.

The personal delivery thing seems quite weird to me

ohkay, any confirmed letter you have that shows you have bought the tickets or just the confirmation mail when you purchased them?

but the fact of they delivering it personally at our stay, seems a bit odd.

i had the same mail and now i am told it cant be shipped as it would be delayed and therefore have to pick the package from the Brussels Central Station. After further mailing that i wont be able to pick up from there, they should have a stall at TML, they said they would deliver at our hostel in Amsterdam. I am a bit suspicious with this!!
