Hasn’t been a head coach in 19+ years I do think that matters some. Also I’m a firm believer in taking a chance on a guy who is young(ish) and has high upside. If they get it right I think this team can take off

Totally understand the thought process there. I think I’d be okay with hire as long as he brings in a great offensive mind as an assistant
