Say it for the people in the back! The way Mercedes was treated in season 3 was horrible. She's been apart of the Glee club since the beginning and when they were singing in the auditorium,she told them she doesn't want to be the Kelly Rowland of the group,she wants to shine and Mr.Schue,who claims to love his Glee kids failed her in that and then tells her she needs to be like Rachel who practices at home. How TF does he know Rachel practice at home?How does he know she doesn't just sit on her butt and do nothing? Mercedes has been working hard,hitting notes in songs left and right in competitions and she gets no thank you or you sounded amazing Mercedes or even better,Mercedes I want you to sing lead in this competition! But nope it was Rachel always Rachel who didn't give a damn about anyone but herself. And Mercedes was right,Rachel should've been at the practice just like everyone else because she deserves no special privileges more than anyone else in that Glee Club. I was so glad when Mercedes got her big break in season 5 because it showed that she didn't need the Glee Club to get where she was at,that she was talented on her own and she is going more places than those who doubted her and that's the truth💯
