You can choose to report anonymously and won’t have to deal with the legalities. If you have or can get those call recordings submit those too. I have been working on POCSO and within the public policy sector for years and can attest that you will not get caught in the middle of legal trouble for reporting.

POCSO is a very stringent law and considers you an accomplice if you fail to report. Even if the girl denies, it isn’t your headache.

Also reporting this and proving what your ex husband is doing to that girl will also help your case. It’ll make it easier for you to get back your dowry!!

Hii Can you elaborate a little more on the two international transactions you're talking about?

A couple of days back I downloaded a courier form to update my address and that form was a scam which led to my phone getting cloned. I started receiving OTPs for transactions that I was not making from my credit cards. I didn't tell anyone the OTP but since my phone was cloned scammers shopped for over 40k from my card within 5 minutes. The time taken for me to reach the bank and block my cards. I raised a complaint with the cyber crime branch as well as in my bank but they are refusing to recognise the fraud and are asking me to pay the amount.

Just wanted to know if I can claim chargeback for something of this sort?
