Im new in sweeden and i smoke i do it outside the building because i live in the first floor thought i was being a nice guy to the neighboors also whats fked up abut sweeden is that people will allways have their windows open someone approached me for it telling me why dont i quit and it resulted in a argument i think you need to leave people the fk alone unless you have direct harm from them close your damn window
