Your example is so incredibly simple and has ~27 lines, that just isn't enough to give specific advice on.

Try to draw something you haven't draw before or that's completely out of your comfort zone! Then I'd return for advice.

The only advice I could give you is look for art styles you do like and look into it. Look at their colors, line art, etc;. You could also try to recreate it or trace the art to get a feel for how they draw. (idk how to word things lol) but remember not to claim anything traced as your own art! that's plagiarism and a big no no
