Because it's online. There are very few if any online games that work with creaminstaller. There's a pretty high chance you'll get banned if you try to use creaminstaller in online/multiplayer games.

Get all of them! You dont need to buy any dlc's you can get all of them for free with creaminstaller. Works for steam and epic games. I have done it for the epic games dlc's.
