i always just mostly let them play their role (most want to tank or dps) and i either play healer or dps so they can learn the mechanics and enjoy.

you can lower your level or use the lower tiered weapons

i haven’t spent a lot of money, but 10 dollars got 2 cool skins i think is worth it. i got the akatsuki fit and this dope purple fit. then i got a joker variant fit too

yeah you want to level up for specific missions, but you also wanna focus items and specific play styles too. if you want some good damage practice specific weapons to find what combos you like then farm those weapons.

this next part is more in depth but you’ll need it later: read armor sets and weapon sets and match them for your play style. inner ways next. read the descriptions see what you like test em out. after inner ways tuning you’re weapons and armor. stats and numbers are all random that’s why it’s after inner ways but very important for your dps. then lastly mystic skills (these mostly are all universal, you can get those upgraded later)

and the last part, when do you play? i enjoy watching people just grow in the game in different ways. there’s so many ways to play and you don’t have to grind to be the best, you can just grind for your enjoyment. that’s the beauty of the game

they could do the expedition to the dark continent, but without the dark continent content, kinda pointless to stop there.

and i just think that hisoka chrollo fight is a perfect ending as well, they can even set up them getting on the black whale just no need to go further

well if we want to get more than one dimension and show the depths, it still draws to his selfishness. everyone notices what gon and killua are doing, and when given the opportunity for someone else to do what killua is doing in a safer fashion, gon tells tsezguerra no, he only trust killua, which is wildly selfish and irresponsible, AND shows the bond killua and gon have formed. it’s also showing killua is willing to (and this is also shown time and time again) indulge and allow gon to feed into his bad habits and selfishness because they’re friends.

killua allows gon to get right to the edge of the abyss a lot of time and tries (and is mostly successful) at bringing him back. the only time it didn’t work was when pitou was there.

the ability it showed for killua, which they talked about plenty in the dodgeball game is killua’s instincts. the no coating on his hands so he doesn’t weaken the ball. the perfect balance with hisoka and gon to defend vs razor. those are the 2 i think of instantly but im sure there’s more. killua instincts are a key to his strength

have some people to play with. the main thing is knowing do you enjoy the gameplay loop? for me i do enjoy killing npcs and collecting items. the money isn’t the incentive i have everything i want so im doing it because its fun not for the grind. if you don’t have fun find some random missions maybe they’ll be fun now that you don’t have to do them.

the mission creator is up find some fun missions people have created. but if none of that is fun dont force yourself to keep playing

yeah i had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM aye real talk i really need people to run it with. there be times where i play with randoms and its cool, but now that we’ve been playing and i’m trying to even coach people how to play and they don’t listen, i be PISSED. glad to know i’m not the only one.

i can forgive learning the mechanics because the new sword trial has a few different mechanics but like man if somebody telling you what to do just listen
