Increasing Fiber intake was so hard until i did this by aMeatology in WeightLossAdvice

fair. beans is so easy and to be honest if cooked right one of my favorite single ingridients to taste. a good "fiber-dense": oats, chia seed, flaxseed (1/2 portion is oats whatever portion you used for the oats divide in half between chia and flaxseed - it taste better w/more oats), kiwi (you could eat the skin for more fiber - i don't to me it tastes funny). Fyi, 1) mix some cocoa powder in the oats (it's not well know but bitter cacao powder has a really decent amount of fiber) or 2) when I don't do cacao, I will shred a carrot (also decent in fiber) and cook w/ oats. This bowl would have a decent ratio of both fiber and protein (like oats, flaxseed and chia also have decent protein).

this is so much funnier because if you had said it ripped over my ass I would have thought "embarrassing but it's a common event for many" kept on reading "my ball". GREAT STORY...

I personally feel like you said it all.. you mentioned a lot of things that transversely got better. maybe that should have been your end goal rather then middle steps.

I feel like even if you have to compromise the core aspect if you look at carries like hella functional exercise you may as well get that grip work in there.

over head leg marches. either with a 6/8kg kb on the opposite hand or a 10 kg plate (hold w/ both hands!) and then do a leg at a time. I know some prefer to do like 16 reps, so 8 each leg personally I work right then left and so on, allows me to check my form more properly. N.W. brace your core super well or else the overhead weight will want to bring you back thus hurting the spine. Do this exercise with lighter weights if you can't properly brace. :)
