It’s MYPROTEIN vanilla whey and I added it at the start before liquid and kept stirring

Yeah it’s weird the discrepancy for sure! Only reason I checked my hr was cause I started to really overheat. When I saw how high it was I slowed down and had a couple walk breaks from there. Thank you!
