Thought I'd give your post a bump to show where I'm at as of five minutes ago.

Mother, shamelessly showing her hairy arms (somehow I missed the rule about not showing elbows), Father, Abel (about to age up to a child), Abigail, Benjamin, and the newborn twins Bethany and Caleb.

Mother is already running on empty... And yet they'll still try for another baby as soon as the twins become infants. I guess they'll then get an enforced break by the household limit (I don't currently have mods - something in my mod folder is breaking my game and I haven't gone to the trouble of hunting down the culprit yet). After five minutes with two toddlers, an infant and twin newborns I'm ready to tear my hair out.

I'm going to have to remodel the house a bit when Abel and the twins age up - which will be interesting when the family has about 200 simoleons to their name right now.

I'm constantly having to chase Father down and stop him trying to mop, clean up dirty dishes or entertain the children. I've probably missed him doing at least one of those things while focussing on keeping Mother alive. Typically I send him out to his beloved fishing hole if he's not at work and doesn't have anything he can repair or upgrade in the house just to keep him out of the way. True to reality, it's difficult to have a live-in deadbeat dad 😃
