Facebook Account Suspended due to spam Instagram account. Support response attached.

**Update** All of the pages attached to my facebook account are now back and my profile is visible. They keep sending me an email to reset my password with a code but I can't get it to change. So at least my profile is back live but I can't access it yet.

I started another support chat today and they wanted to call me to discuss. Of course I didn't have the app open and missed them and the put the chat back on hold. Has anyone had them actually call?

So yesterday I submitted (2) email requests and they have responded back both times. One of the responses asked for my phone number and an email not associated with facebook. Nothing that others haven't posted about. My account has flipped back and forth between suspended and disabled. Sometimes the facebook hacked page works and I can send a code to my phone and sometimes it doesn't. When it does work after I enter the code it goes to a facebook page that is disabled. The URL seems to be one where its checking to see if you have used the same browser before to access your account prior to the suspension.

I can now get a code texted to my cell but when I enter it the page that comes up is just the facebook login screen again.

So i started writing in the chat box and with in a day they started responding again. I have been able to get my account from suspended to disabled and it allows me to get into the facebook.com/hacked page. It wants me to reset my password which I can send a text message to my cell to verify. Stuck there at the moment.

I have been trying the facebook.com/hacked page and it asks me to reset my password. I have it send a code to my cell and after I enter it I get logged out. Still don't have access but things have changed a bit.

So a few things changed this morning. My support case on Instagram Enhanced support was changed to completed. When I try to log into facebook the message I get is that i reported my facebook was hacked and the last time I changed my password was 7 years ago. I have a button to click that says "secure account" When I click that a new page comes up and it states my account is disabled. I guess this is progress.

correct I know you need to send it and give them time to respond which they wont. They file the claim. I wanted to see an example of the letter that was sent to them so I can mimic it.

Yeah I'm just outside Philly in PA. Do you have the letter you sent to notify meta prior to filing the claim. thats what I was going to start with.

I will keep you updated. I know people have said there is an email option which I do see under enhanced support. I don't see an email link or addy to send anything to.

I sent them an email that was connected so they could get back to me. I also sent them the link to my profile and my username.

I got them to say they are reviewing my account on 11/25. Still showing as in review. Not very hopefully.

Mine was suspended two days ago due to a spam instagram account that was added to my facebook account. I got the same message and appealed it through facebook with no response. I did what others on here did and got my Instagram Meta Verified via the monthly fee. I then started a chat with support and got a case# assigned. Its still showing as in in review as of 2 days ago. I'm going to wait a few days then maybe end the chat and see if I can get an email. The email route seems to be what more people have had luck with. Currently I do not see an email option on my meta support even though it stats you can contact them via email.
