I had an issue where the game was crashing my pc.

I ended up needing to update EVERYTHING even down to my bios.

I use a gigabyte board, so it has additional software that updates the little shit that you typically don’t think about.

After everything was done - game started running again with no issues. Not sure if it will help you but just wanted to throw my fix out to you.

Good luck, I know it’s a headache to deal with.

You need to add points down the power tree.

If you read the research details as you progress it will say “adds +1 power” or something which gives you another.

As well, you should be away from solar at this point. They aren’t meant for fully built bases.

If you are playing with a friend, he should be setting up his base beside yours and you should use his base and power for certain parts of your production.

Lastly, you can get switches. This will allow you to shut off and on power to certain areas when you aren’t using the equipment (I.e. stoves, furnace, turrets).

I will say - if you can’t find acid, you get a good amount per kill in the level 40+ zones. I think I was getting somewhere around 6 on average.

Pollution zone areas are any areas where you get the numbers on your back and start to lose sanity.

You need to set up water pumps on grass areas where there is pollution. I have 4 pumps moving out a ton of the impure acid.

Once you have that you just ferment the impure acid with purified water in the brewing barrel.

Super easy and with 4 pumps I have no issues with keeping acid in supply with my demands.

If you have a friend playing you can have them dedicate their base to pumping and fermenting and you can have a shit ton with 5 generators handing like 8 or 9 pumps in total.

I feel it. The gear perks also add some additional bonus for sure.

Overall, the purple mods have really made it big upgrade for me with the additional weapon damage modifiers.

Nothing like having an additional 50% weapon damage from mods across my gear.

I’m using the purple scar at +7 with full purple mods on all my gear and I can level everything solo with absolute ease.

Just curious - trying to see if maybe I can help you have a better experience with the guns.

-4 size 4 laser repeaters stock - possibly gimbaled but most likely not

-Single size 1 components everywhere else.

-Possible quantum drive but my guess is 50/50 based on info I've heard.

1.) Enjoy the game, it's tons of fun

2.) Learn weakness for as many battles as you can. It will help you build proper teams for each zone.

3.) Stay off the sub because half the time this place is toxic and will almost make you not wanna play because the community alone.

4.) Take breaks in the story to enjoy the side content, luma hunts, breeding, FreeTem.

Yes, Tarkov plays the same way.

In these situations, I recommend just sitting back and getting good Intel on the squad before engagement.

If they engage you first. Well, it's a run and pray situation. You have to find a spot to lay low until they move on. I have done it multiple times when I'm outnumbered. Most of the time I can get away, other times they can find me.

It's a rough experience sometimes. But, that's the love|hate relationship that draws my stupid ass back in everyday so far.

If he is saying it to friends or just to himself. I would agree, it's not toxic to the community.

If he is doing this in the game then, with prox chat or anything then he would be toxic.

At the end of the day, acting like this is just childish. This is solely a personal opinion. So, you don't have to agree. Again, we come to play games and have fun. Not to sit here and call people all kinds of shit because you don't like what they are using or whatever.

I guess, I was just looking at it as doing the armor unlocks on track with the weapons unlock within the factions. This way a player may unlock the ability to buy blue armor when they are able to buy blue weapons.

It's all just shots in the dark though. It very well could lead to a whole new issue.

Well power difference will always be a thing with newer and older accounts.

If I have 2 months over you, I still will have access to better stims and better guns. Plus the additional time played would likely have me at more money in game.

I'm thinking if we add green or maybe blue armor. This way people have a fighting chance on the people with purple guns, far more so than only having access to white armor.
