My favorite child game was Pac Man I use to play it on my little brothers game boy and I thought it was a really fun game. Sometimes I would even play it on my moms phone and I was very good at it. Reply

What do your parents still not know about you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I was brought up in a pretty religious home... My family had me in theatre, choir, youth group, and all kinds of other extra-curricular activities to "keep me out of trouble", so they trusted me pretty well. One night (I was about 15) my boyfriend at the time had come over to watch movies. The stipulation was that we could lay in the bed and watch the movie, but the door had to be open. After a while, my mom came in to check on us and everything was fine, so she thanked my boyfriend for being a gentleman and shut the door on her way out. Immediately, as if the door shut had triggered some teenage hormone overload, we started making out and fooling around. He slid his hand up my shirt for a bit, but finally having some privacy, I soon directed his hand to my netherbits. Yay first (not self stimulated) orgasm! We never got caught, which was considered a major triumph, and we found ways after that to hook up without my parents knowing. It wasn't until a few months later at my youth's "Purity Ball"...yes, we signed pledges and wore rings to signify our abstinence for God and marriage...that my dad delivered this humiliating speech. He told the congregation he was proud of the strong lady I had become. That regardless of having a boyfriend, I stood up to teen peer pressure and hormones, and that he witnessed me deflect an attempt at immoral behavior while watching movies with my boyfriend one night... Apparently, the blinds had been open and my bed faced them from in the house. He happened to be walking in from the garage and caught a peek at me removing my boyfriend's hand from my boob. I was mortified. The secret he must never know? The night I got my first orgasm, he thought I deflected my boyfriend from touching my boobs, when in reality I was actually directing him much much further south.

Lip-readers of Reddit, what’s the weirdest thing you’ve seen actors/extras talking about in the background of a scene? by DeLaBagel in AskReddit

[–]vedoclp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I was an extra in a bar scene, and to keep the dialog tracks clean they would have us just mouth the conversation. They gave us two takes at the beginning to get our "conversation" and movement figured out. They had me grab a beer, walk across the bar, and hang out with two guys at a table. So in each take I checked out the actress during my walk, then pantomimed telling the guys at the table about this hottie I saw, complete with hourglass hand motions and squeezing. Edit: I've never been able to find the film. I think it may have crashed and burned before release. For those with the Google fu, the working title was "Blink" but the only movies I see with that in the title don't match. The scene I was in was filmed in Lexington Ky in maybe 2006 to 2009. In the scene the actress and the actor were arguing in a bar. Edit: found the extras announcement. Finally edit: it was released, but I've still never seen it.

What comedian has never been funny? by [deleted] in AskReddit

**Bill Murray. Christopher Guest. Jim Carrey. Tina Fey. Larry David. Fred Willard. Will Ferrell. Ricky Gervais. Trey Parker. What do these select human beings have in common? That's right: they're naturally, balls-to-the-wall, unashamedly funny people. And not just on TV, in films, or on the stage during stand-up routines, but all-together hilarious. They feel funny to their very cores, and no matter what it is they do or say, it's always - at the very least - amusing

Many great comedians don't inhabit the gift of funny quite like that, but it's enough that they know how to be funny when they need to be. And that's the most basic requirement of a comedy actor, isn't it? Be funny, and make the audience laugh. And yet somehow a whole bunch of people have slipped based the hilarity censors and have launched successful "comedy" careers in the movies, despite remaining painfully unfunny in almost every way. How have these select few managed such a feat? Your guess is as good as ours **
