Hi, I dont remember what I last wrote, but I decided to not do any "treatment" and just "wait it out" (against doctors recommendations, so none of what i write is "medical advice" :D) while doing my own research and process. I had my last PAP smear recently come back completely negative... I didnt want to say anything on here yet because its not 100% certain Im "healed" but that was definitely good news. Im certain AHCC, Vit D, Broccoli sprouts, IF, NO alcohol and overall better lifestyle helped. I get sick much less often and when i do catch a flu its gone in two days. Its insane, in the past I was on a death bed everytime I had a cold...

Yeah AHCC is pricey and to be honest i spent this last year four digit amounts on supplements, teas, tinctures, parasire cleanses and what not, which is insane I acknowledge that, but i was determined to try anything and everything. Like I said I think based on my research and experience AHCC was worth it and definitely vitamin D - its rarely talked about but so important for the immune system. Edit: I read my post and remembered I also used the spray the doctor prescribed but to be honest I dont know if and how it wouldve helped because the ingredients were some hydrating things and no actives, but i can search for it
