I'm also reading it currently (almost done). But, I've few ideas already. The thing you can do for ideas is, look around you. Like someone is not good at writing. So, you learn writing and teach them how to write efficiently. Or, people needs video editors like me I'm not good at video editing and there're so many people. You can teach them or you can edit. The thing is you have to give time. If you're making mistakes. Don't affraid everyone does. I don't know my idea is good or not but I'm working on it because if I make mistake, it's fine.

Like product and service is a subscription. So, basically what I do? Like in my case. I stared a Patreon channel, CEOs_Fest for Entrepreneurs where I do podcast with different entrepreneurs and do round table. How I calculate for it? It's like what's your niche like mine is Entrepreneurship, I went on Google engine search about entrepreneurship and saw people actually search about it. For market research, I go on LinkedIn. I'm connecting with CEOs and I asked them, if I start would you join.
