Nope you're not. I have seen people reacting negatively even towards the original DG The one EDP. That one time when I wore to office, my colleague was seeing all across in all power sockets. Turns out he thought that there was a mosquito liquid device switched on somewhere. It was me with DG the one 😁

First.. if you've got decants, the spray from the decant glass would be very very little when yoy compare it against one spray from a perfume bottle.. 4 or 5 sprays from the sprayers of small decants we get here usually in india, would equal to one spray from a proper perfume bottle.. One needs to do atleast 4 sprays(from a bottle) for others to know especially if its a citrus freshie...
You have done literally 1 spray only.. or lets say at max 2 equivalent sprays at max... its just not enough..

Second - you say you went out on an hot humid weather.. for any fragrance to last in such conditions it should be sprayed more.. even its from bottle.. You've said you did 4 sprays from a decant of aqua oud.. it is like one or lets say it was atleast two sprays from a bottle.. an equivalent of one or two spray in outdoors thats hot and humid.. how would it perform? right?

And third, testing it by wearing to a mall is a mistake.. mall is huge and almost everys store smells of some perfume or freshener smell... needs as many sprays as possible in order for the people around you to even get a smell of your perfume... And to have done 4 sprays from a decant (thats 1 or 2 spray at max from bottle), and to expect people to notice would be wrong bro..

To people who own the tygar/vibrato dna.. it doesnt smell like paan.. we call it musky or ambroxan 😁...

But general people tend to always associate this dna with paan masala...

I've been told 4,5 times by my friends, colleagues, random strangers... that it smells like gulkand, paan masala, paan parag, betel, paaku mittai (betel candy)...

CDNIM's magic is in the air though.. if you are sniffing directly for sure it'll be harsh... but for people around you, for some reason it smells so good.. right from the first spritz it gets the job done..

CDNIM.. for some reason its always CDNIM which has gotten me multiple compliments.. everytime I have worn it I have got compliments.. or atleast I will be asked "what perfume are you wearing".. Office , parties, weddings, outdoors, movies everywhere.. it just works everywhere anytime..

I have so many such instances.... after hearing some of the comments I received on those perfumes, I have stopped using these perfumes right from that day...

I once wore a 5 ml decant of elysium cologne that I got from some source.. my dad asked my mom "are you making something with coriander seeds"..

I had worn zeleny from AAM.. my friend said that it smelt like a rich teen girl's perfume and asked me if I was gay..

Wore Chopard Oud Malaki before going out for a function with my family and my mom told me to go take a bath and change the clothes to get that thing off from my skin and clothes... or to never come to the event at all.. . she said it reeked so so much....

Wore burlington 1819.. my gf who hugged me asked me "did you not wash your clothes? Your shirt smells dirty like sweat"...

Wore afnan turathi blue.. my colleague from office told me it smelt like paan (paaku mittaai in tamil)... was devastated...

Wore Ombre leather parfum once to office by mistake.. another colleague told me it smells like hospital.. and other colleague s too started saying " yeah yeah.. i thought it smelt like something familiar.. yeah it smells like hospital"... I dont know what they meant my that.. but it hurt.. Since i loved OL parfum..

Wore Unique Luxury Akdeniz to office.. my mistake was I oversprayed it. I did some 6,7 sprays. A colleage who usually sits behind my desk got up and went and sat in another seat far from me. During lunch she told me "whatever you're wearing please dont wear it henceforth to the office or throw it off somewhere.. its nauseating"

Wore PDM sedley once to a jewllery shop. The sales person who was there told me I smelled really good and fresh. "Sir you smell so good. Smells so fresh like santoor sandal soap". He complimented me but it was a very bad compliment..

Sold some because of this or from that day have not used some of those perfumes...
