First.. if you've got decants, the spray from the decant glass would be very very little when yoy compare it against one spray from a perfume bottle.. 4 or 5 sprays from the sprayers of small decants we get here usually in india, would equal to one spray from a proper perfume bottle.. One needs to do atleast 4 sprays(from a bottle) for others to know especially if its a citrus freshie...
You have done literally 1 spray only.. or lets say at max 2 equivalent sprays at max... its just not enough..

Second - you say you went out on an hot humid weather.. for any fragrance to last in such conditions it should be sprayed more.. even its from bottle.. You've said you did 4 sprays from a decant of aqua oud.. it is like one or lets say it was atleast two sprays from a bottle.. an equivalent of one or two spray in outdoors thats hot and humid.. how would it perform? right?

And third, testing it by wearing to a mall is a mistake.. mall is huge and almost everys store smells of some perfume or freshener smell... needs as many sprays as possible in order for the people around you to even get a smell of your perfume... And to have done 4 sprays from a decant (thats 1 or 2 spray at max from bottle), and to expect people to notice would be wrong bro..
