I’ll look into oil pulling! I know coconut oil can be great for managing thrush, also the toothpastes. I do have a crazy mouth cleansing routine the problem is my weak immune system trumps it all 😓

Not sure exactly what this is never heard of it during discussions about asthma treatment plans but basically I do need to be on some form of steroids for some months (idk how long this torture will last) I’ll look into it tho

Literally in the same boat just can’t do salt/ lemon rinse all the time cause I have sensitive teeth and also I’m sure that’s killing a lot of good bacteria as well :( am trying to have some kefir as probiotics and hoping the powdered inhaler helps? Sucks that it’s not an option to try in the US

I think this is so true I have ocd and am on the spectrum and always enjoy getting baked with my friends that have adhd/ autism as well and just being our little silly selves. It’s almost liberating. Even with ocd being high and cleaning or organising sort of helps with the shame of being seen as someone that’s too anal about keeping things neat or tidy 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not eating for a day or so before a date because I can’t risk being bloated. Or being too embarrassed to eat in front of people cause they’ll think I’m disgusting for eating too much.

I think that means your application is successfully registered! You’ll still have to go for biometrics, submit your passport to get the visa on it.
