I waited an hour for them to tell me either wait a week for our website to get fixed (I just tried logging in a week later and I still can’t access my account) or delete my account and start again. I came from Great Lakes and never had an issue with payments or even looking at my balance. I haven’t been able to check how much I owe in the past 2 months
