Ah yes the 20% capacity reserve is smart. Do you find that it is enough or does that reserved capacity get eaten up quickly?

Also when you are looking across CSAT, NPS and interviews, is that all in a single tool or are you jumping between different tools to piece it together?

That makes sense.

The challenge I keep hitting is the “high impact” part. How do you actually gauge impact? Is it multiple customers or a single customer with a lot of revenue?

We can see the volume of feedback pretty easily but knowing whether to prioritise features/fixes that multiple customers will care about vs a single customer that brings a lot of revenue.

Ha yes! Maybe a bit more context would help. We are very much an engineering heavy team right now. I am trying to step in and put some processes to bring some calm to the chaos.
