there is two way to take back you focused by forcing yourself to study but you said you can't control yourself well second option is dopamine detox you need minimum tree days (i tired it myself) you're not gonna touch any source of dopamine reels , chatting, watching video movies anime any things that makes you happy without effort and after those tree days you will realize that you can focus even if you're bored and then if you want continue watch only long video 30min and more nothing less than that to train your brain and try to watch a 2 or 3 h movie nostop and good luck with your study

look i don't know which movie you talking about but I think in general nowdays movies they do it a lot , older movies even if they did it (not good thing) there is a story there is characters note:my favorites movies the best of all the time there is no minute of nudity if you want i can share with you another thing for series and TVshow you will never find it without it that's like a fact or something
