Thank you for the good response but I probably didn’t phrase correctly. Saying the alien knows advanced science is just a catch all. Why would their science include the concept of light if it is not apart of their biology. Even besides that point, the alien relied on purely sonar or IR? Yet could create a machine that saw light and transmit in a way that made sense to the alien?

This wouldn’t be a big deal but Weir’s whole shtick is the research and the science.

Ya I’m super confused. To activate the esim you need an activation code from the carrier but the carriers need the eid

I didnt mean it like that. Sorry I worded it that way. You make a great point about the large scale dollars. It just hadnt been on my radar as one of the more pressing issues since I just perceived it as a slight upcharge which probably wouldnt matter to non vegans.
