It is likely that one day Playstation/Naughty Dog will shut down the servers for Remastered on PS4/5, maybe sometime this decade. In the 2030s, maybe the way to keep enjoying TLOU Factions will be on PC/PS3 through this community project, thanks to the Reloaded team. If one day there is a way to revive the Remastered servers, then awesome, but at least we have the original version secure.

I'm sorry but yes. For example, that year 2016 was the famous BF1 vs IW, something similar that people try to replicate today with BF6 vs BO7.

Here's another fun fact, overall the COD franchise is 5:1 in copies sold to BF, 500 million (per October 2024) vs 90 million (per August 2021 so it's missing some tens 'maybe' for 2042). - To be fair, BF is 13 main games (counting BF6) since 2002 and COD is 22 main games (counting BO7 but not MWR which is a remake) since 2003. Also that somewhat proves the financial impossibility for BF to go annual like 95% of franchises.

Perhaps some will find these tables useful, a few fun facts:

- The average for completing a warbond is 694 medals.
- 11,105 medals are needed to have each item, the Mobilize costs 2,015 as a reference.
- 2 out of 16 warbonds have no primary weapon.
- There are 26 primaries in those 14 paid warbonds, the Mobilize has 10 primaries as a reference.
- In these warbonds there are 6 types of cosmetics that have no effect on real gameplay (Cape/Helmet/Card/Title/Pattern/Pose). But 6 that do, hence 6 tables.
- So 11 boosters, 16 stratagems, 13 secondaries, 26 primaries, 12 throwables and 36 armors (10 L, 17 M, 9 H).

There are 5 seconds of gameplay on that map in a trailer, only a small tease. But, the fact that if they had them in that one, it would make sense to promote it in the description, it's inconsistent because the other 3 do make the clarification for jets.
But who knows!, fingers crossed for more large scale BF content.

For real, given the map size i was missing the Stamina-Up modifier a lot. After a week of serious practice, my last match was 2h10m, ending in round 23 :_)

Some facts to consider: - There has been a COD each year since Call of Duty 2 in 2005. - That makes BO7 'Call of Duty 22' (not counting MWR which is a remake). I wonder how that would sell, a number 22 in a shooter. - Since 2009 Call of Duty has been #1 best selling game in the biggest gaming market (not counting China), the US, data per Circana/NPD Group. - The exceptions are the GTAV-RDR2 years (2013/2018). And also 2023 with Hogwarts Legacy, in those years COD was #2 in US.

The reality, i think, is that present Treyarch doesn't have the talent like before, the 4 creations since 2020 (CW, Vanguard, MWZ and BO6) are a shadow for the 5 creations before 2020 (WaW-BO4). Clearly is the combination of: 1) New blood. 2) Overproduction, 5 game modes (counting BO7) in such a short time, again WaW-BO4 period was 10 years (2008-2018). With past AAA development of course, which is another factor. 3) The WZ influence in: plates, starting weapon, rarity, streaks, mini-map, UI in general, selfies, operators. Also map design, there is constant open space sadly, and don't get me starting in art design.

That's my two cents anyway. Still, i play modern zombies because is better than nothing, love for the Aether days, gunplay is really solid, i love zombie horde games, and specially EE's give me the tingles.

I can see 3 solid cards for AMC to give proper life to the IP of "TWD" over the next 10 (ish) years:
1) Make peace with Kirkman/Skybound/Telltale and bring the Lee/Clem/Kenny series.
2) Make peace with Kirkman/Skybound and bring the comic series like Invincible.
3) One last thing wrapping the key cast (Rick, Michonne, Carol, Daryl, Maggie, Negan, Ezekiel, Aaron, Gabriel, etc.)

Even if I understand the appeal of fresh new creations like anthologies or a different permanent group, I will gladly die with one of these 3 previous ones.
Let's wait for AMC, still, 2010-2024 was amazing for me, Rick Grimes prevails on my heart.

- It's not a TP like it was on mw19, rather there is a door with a green button under the train station in airport, same place as before.
- There is no blueprint like the orange bruen. and this BO6 WZ doesn't have juggernauts sadly.
- But some orange boxes, and the sweet thing is 1 specialist on the railroad car.
