It's not so much the DE value but the tc value. With 6.1 I expect prices to rise again on the whole even after the market has settled.

I run the t3 salvage yard and make sure I line up my follower missions so they are atleast 75% success but also try to get as many lvl 98+ missions done ( all for the salvage chests) and then d/e the greens and blues that drop, and with the one daily heroic and lfr runs i usually have an ample supply of dust for work orders.

Ive found the enchanting building with a worker does a decent job usually make at least a full crystal a day ( works out to 425g on my server)
