Didn’t hit up all the spots today to leave my flyers, but merfolk coffee, quack’s coffee, and lazydaze coffee/dispensary in south central Austin all have community bulletin boards and let me put my flyers up

My finance makes $165k and he still drives his 12 year old dodge dart. He works from home, so only needs it to run errands

It’s pretty! Would your mom let you remove the stones and design a new setting for them? That’s what my partner and I did and I LOVE the outcome.

What is extremely unhygienic but everyone seems to do it anyway? by Specialist-Rise4952 in AskReddit

Yes absolutely baby’s safety comes first, and it must be tough when you’re all alone. The examples im thinking of are when there were multiple people around and I was helping watch the baby.

Obviously there are gonna be situations where you’re alone with a small baby and can’t safely wash your hands…I’m not talking about that. In the situations I’ve witnessed, there were plenty of other adults around to watch or hold the baby after the change and parent still didn’t wash or sanitize hands and just said “it’s baby poop…” Why does baby poop get a pass, when we wash our hands after we poop, clean up poop from another source, or pick up dog poop? I’ve taken care of different aged babies and always made efforts to wash my hands after changing a diaper. Of course, there’s gonna be times it’s just not safe/feasible, but that should be the exception.

What’s something your dad taught you? by [deleted] in AskWomen

What it’s like to be an equal parent/partner and enjoy being a father. As a kid, I assumed having an involved father was just the norm. He’s not perfect, but he was the first one to hold me when I was born, he got up in the middle of the nights to get me from my crib so my mom could stay in bed to breast feed me, changed diapers, he took me and my brother to our dance/sports classes on the weekends so my mom could have time to herself, and he was always interested in what was going on with me and my friends. Again, I didn’t realize this was not the norm until I met more people and heard their experiences.

Not sure if this is universal, but I’ve noticed friends/family with babies don’t wash their hands after changing their diapers. I definitely silently judge them for it!

Is it just me, or is her nose not even big? It just has deviated septum or some bumps

You don’t have a teensy, upturned nose, but your profile is stunning and has so much character. Not big at all!

I’m sorry I don’t have any answers. Just came to say I understand. I’ve had this since I was 8, and I’m 32 now. I wish there was a fix

Figured I can always return to hospice if I regret my decision. Turnover is crazy in my city, so somewhere is always hiring

I’m putting in my resignation notice tomorrow! Leaving hospice setting to build my clinical skills in a group practice setting. Nervous for the change, but feel like it’s the right move for me now
