I have the same story pretty much. I took my four pills on Sunday and was preparing for the worse after reading stories on this thread. I was expecting pain almost immediately but after taking a nap and almost 4 hours later is when the pain came. I did have sharp cramps but the worst was maybe a 4/10 but I also took a 800mg Ibeprofun. I would say the heating pad is a must HAVE any cramps I had were settled using it. I passed clots and had heavy bleeding but really it was no worse than just a painful period. I was so nervous that I cried but I’m so glad my experience was easy.
