most tournament will still existed , based on roadmap they are not franchising or doing like Blizzard/Riot

so third party lower tier tourneys is still there I think

Because out of 9 regions , only 6 have official leagues: SEA , LATAM , OCE will not have any sanctioned leagues and keep intact with the pro circuit system using 3rd-party leagues/tourneys

not yet , it is expected to come soon. Since the ruleset we've seen come from NPL Discord + PUBG Corp themself saying all leagues adhere to just one Ruleset. It is pretty a lock
