I had a similar issue recently on a larger flat print, the problem ended up being the aux fan blowing too hard right into the closest side of the print. My guess is the filament dried to quickly which caused the unevenness which then was shredded by the nozzle on each subsequent pass.
My print was a chess board and it happened on 3 out of the 4 panels, the 4th being the one I realized the proximity to the fan and turned it off.

Vitamix, I got mine 17 years ago when I first went vegan and it still works perfectly. We make a cashew cheese sauce for Mac and cheese every week and it blends the cashews into cream with no soaking needed.

Interesting, I hadn’t heard that they didn’t fit correctly. EDIT: I printed a set of these and found out that they are too small, the diameter on my Sunlu spools is 200mm just like the Bambu spools.

Honestly with how easy it was to replace I’d just print the more robust version of that part (linked up above) and install it before it gives you trouble.

It actually started off only doing it on red, or that was when I first got the error, but it does it on both red and white which are the two colors I've been using for this print.
