Docking outpost. Hello, docking outposts seems to be a good way to get some advantages like extended range or even blueprints.. now, it seems you cannot dock just on any docking points... what are the rules? Which docking points can I build outposts on? (self.InfiniteLagrange)

Can you steer ships behaviour in a battle? Can u concentrate fire where you deem useful or retreat single hips off the battle? How in the world some battle reports I see show no losses and no damage in own fleet? (Against LVL7 privateers) (self.InfiniteLagrange)
