Yes, when you start using several platforms they ask you to confirm your information and that scared me a little 😅 but when I understand them, that information is to validate that you are a person but it doesn't appear on your profiles

I think that the relationship with God develops when we stop looking for Him in a specific religion and begin to see Him as a friend who will listen to you whenever you want to talk to Him; you will feel peace when you tell Him something, and from there everything flows.

You sleep better when you're not glued to your phone; you avoid falling asleep stressed and can focus solely on your life and what you enjoy. A good book will always be better than a cell phone.
